Kathleen A. Charbonneau

Kathleen A. Charbonneau has been appointed community reinvestment act officer for Bank-Newport, in addition to her role as vice president of community relations for the bank. She will now be responsible for developing, implementing and administering the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act program. She holds a B.S. in business administration from Bryant University and an MBA from Providence College. &#8226
