Kathleen Heren has been named executive director at the Alliance for Better Long Term Care. She will oversee the organization’s operations, including the designated ombudsman program for the state of Rhode Island and care facilities at the state hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and home care. Previously, she served as clinical director, associate director and acting executive director. •
