Kathleen Tocke has been named senior consultant at Health Strategy Consulting LLC’s Providence office. She has experience in marketing research, development and the launch of products for the recreation industry. She received a bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William and Smith Colleges, located in Geneva, N.Y. and master’s degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Tocke lives in Newport.
