Kathryn Nicodemus has been named executive director at Caritas Inc. For the past 35 years, Nicodemus has worked in both private, nonprofit agencies and at the R.I. Department of Children, Youth and Families. Most recently, she served as vice president of community services at Child and Family Services of Newport County. She has a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and an M.A. in social work from Boston University. ̶ •
