Keith D. Bilezerian has been appointed member of the board for the Development Foundation at Women & Infants Hospital. Bilezerian is the senior compensation and benefits counsel at Covidien Plc, where he is responsible for the company’s executive compensation and employee-benefit matters. He holds a J.D. from New England School of Law and a Master of Laws in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. •
