Kelly J. Gormly has been promoted to vice president/audit manager in retail audit at Providence-based Citizens Bank. She joined the bank in 2002 as a senior auditor and most recently was assistant vice president in the same department. Gormly has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island. She lives in Charlestown.
