Kenneth M. Bianchi of the R.I. Turnpike and Bridge Authority has been elected to the board of directors of the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association. He is the first Rhode Islander ever elected to the board of this organization. Bianchi also serves as treasurer of the John H. Chafee Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor. He and his family live in North Smithfield.
