Kent W. Gladding has been named to the board of directors for VNA of Care New England. He is the senior vice president and chief investment officer at Citizens Bank, where he manages the bank-owned investment department. Previously, he was an analyst for the treasury capital markets division with the Fleet Financial Group and has more than 20 years of financial-management experience. •
