Kerry Birchall has joined IN-SIGHT in Warwick as director of rehabilitation and vision services. She will oversee the agency’s rehabilitation programs, low-vision clinic, tech center and diabetic outreach services. Birchall has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Rhode Island, and a master’s of education and certification as an orientation and mobility instructor from UMass.
