Kevin R. Kelly has been named vice president, commercial lending officer of The Washington Trust Co. He works out of the bank’s Providence branch. In his new role, he is responsible for developing and managing commercial banking relationships throughout Rhode Island. Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in finance and banking from Suffolk University in Boston. He lives in Cumberland.
