Kevin T. Pelland has joined Citizens-Union Savings Bank, based in Fall
River, as vice president commercial lending/business development. He has over
25 years of experience in the banking and financial lending areas. Pelland serves
as president and chairman of Downtown New Bedford Inc., and is a board member
on the Freetown Central Park Project and the Freetown Youth Athletic Program.
He also serves on committees of the South Eastern Economic Development Corporation,
New Bedford Economic Development Council Inc., Southeastern Regional Planning
Economic Development District and the United Way of Greater New Bedford. Pelland
lives in Freetown, Mass.
