Kimberly A. Shockley has been appointed assistant vice president, branch manager at the Washington Trust Co.’s Richmond branch. She will be responsible for the daily operations of the branch and deposit and loan portfolio growth. Shockley has held various positions since joining the bank in 2006. Shockley is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. •
