Kimberly Jalette has been named director of programs at Leadership Rhode Island. She will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of Leadership Rhode Island programs, ensuring high quality curricula and experiences for each program. Previous, Jalette served as chief of staff and director of IT shared services, finance and operations at MetLife. She has a B.A. from Rhode Island College and an MBA from Bryant University. •
