The current value of the contract is about $600,000, Kopin vice president Michael Presz told PBN.com. He added that since Saab has purchased work in chunks, he is not sure of the contract’s overall value potential, but he expects it to be added upon in July.
Kopin develops and manufactures high-resolution, flat panel display products and heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) wafers for telecommunications and digital imaging applications for video, voice and data.
