Kristen Haffenreffer Moran has been named donor relations and fundraising consultant for Rhode Islanders Sponsoring Education (RISE).
She was the founding executive director since the organization’s inception in 1997 and has recruited, screened and trained more than 100 volunteer mentors to serve more than 200 children.
