Kristen M. Wieber was promoted to chief philanthropy officer for the American Red Cross of Rhode Island. She is responsible for fundraising efforts through the annual fund, direct mail, planned giving, special events, grants and corporate gifts. Wieber is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University. She lives in Providence.
