Kristin L. Battisti has been named vice president, compliance at Washington Trust Bancorp Inc.’s subsidiary, The Washington Trust Co. She has been with the bank since being named assistant vice president of compliance in 2010. Battisti is a certified credit union compliance expert and holds the American Bankers Association’s certified regulatory compliance manager designation. •
