CANTON – Ingersoll-Rand Co., based in Woodcliff Lake, N.J., has bought Kryptonite Corp., based here, for an undisclosed price, Bloomberg News reported. Ingersoll-Rand makes Schlage locks as part of its commercial and residential security business. Kryptonite, founded in 1972, makes bicycle locks and employs about 60 people, Bloomberg reported.
