Lauren Kalfian Perez has been promoted to general manager at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Perez will oversee the daily hotel operations, including the front office, guest services, housekeeping, laundry, sales, marketing and engineering. She began her hospitality career at The Westin Providence and served as director of the health club and spa, human resources management liaison, director of housekeeping and front-office director. •
