Lauren Slocum has been named president/CEO of the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, replacing David Nash who recently retired. Slocum has been with the Chamber for 6 years and has experience in business development, project management, program implementation and administrative skills. A Warwick resident, Slocum is a volunteer coordinator for the Ocean State Marathon and is a member of the Rotary Club of Warwick.
