Giovanni D. Cicione has joined Providence law firm Adler Pollock & Sheehan, PC, practicing in the areas of corporate law, real estate law, and government affairs. His practice involves mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, land use and real estate development transactions, state and local permitting, and lobbying. Cicione previously served as legal counsel at the Rhode Island Development Corporation, where he oversaw state business development incentive package negotiations. He is a 1996 graduate of the Boston University School of Law. He is a member of the University of Rhode Island College of Continuing Education Advisory Board and the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Associations.
