Leo Costantino has been elected president of the board of directors at Thundermist Health Center, a nonprofit community center providing primary health care in South County, West Warwick and Woonsocket. He previously was vice president of the 25-member board. Costantino, who is retired, is a member of the West Warwick Town Council and coach of the Moses Brown School sailing team. He will serve a two-year term.
