Linda Daley has been promoted to director of compensation and benefits for Cox Communications New England. Daley develops proactive compensation initiatives to ensure Cox New England’s competitive position as an employer of choice. She also leads a comprehensive career path study for Cox. She is responsible for designing, planning and implementing the compensation programs, policies and procedures, as well as the implementation of the benefits program. A South Kingstown resident, she is a graduate of Southern Vermont College and has a master’s in business administration from Iona College in New York.
