Lisa Pratt has joined Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island, in Pawtucket, as vice president of human resources. She has more than 20 years’ experience in health care administration. She was formerly director of human resources and hospital systems at McLean Hospital. She has a bachelor’s degree in health care administration from Stonehill College and an MBA from Campbell University in Buies Creek, N.C.
