Louise Durfee of Tiverton has received Save the Bay’s Lifetime Environmental Achievement Award. The award is given to individuals who have made large-scale contributions to the environment and Narragansett Bay over their lifetime. Durfee is a partner at Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels and was a founder of Save Our Community in 1968, which merged with the Narragansett Bay Homeowners Association of Jamestown in 1970 to become Save the Bay.
