Luisa Rochester was promoted to assistant vice president of residential lending at St. Anne’s Credit Union. Rochester will oversee all mortgage originators, mortgage assistants and underwriting personnel. She has worked for St. Anne’s Credit Union in several positions for more than 10 years. Rochester is a member of the Fall River/New Bedford Housing Partnership. •
