The 35-story luxury condominium building named after its address, One Ten Westminster, will break ground in August, developers announced in a Monday press release.
One Ten Westminster will be the tallest residential building in Rhode Island, according to developer Blue Chip Properties. It will feature 24-hour concierge service, a door attendant, in-building parking, ground-level grocery store, private fitness center, roof gardens, and in-building parking.
