Malcolm Farmer, III, a partner at Hinckley Allen & Snyder LLP, has been named president of the board of directors of Family Service of Rhode Island. A former member of the Providence City Council, Farmer is actively involved with a number of civic and charitable organizations and political campaigns, including WSBE TV, and also serves as a member of the advisory board of the International Tennis Hall of Fame.
