Stephen Siener is now the managing director of European operations for the
Cooley Group in Paw-tucket. Previously he had been vice president of legal
and corporate affairs. Siener will develop and see that the European strategic
initiatives are carried through. These include greater geographic distribution
and further acquisitions. Siener is a University of Rhode Island graduate and
will reside in Wassenaar, Netherlands with his wife and two children.
