Marc A. Crisafulli has been named managing partner of Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP. In his new role, he will be responsible for the strategic direction, management and administration of the firm. Crisafulli joined the firm in 2006, and has chaired its corporate and business law practice since 2008. After graduating from Boston University, Crisafulli received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. •
