Marc Curtis of Bridgewater, Mass. has been appointed chief financial officer for Cooley, Inc. U.S. He is responsible for the financial and accounting operations of the Pawtucket-based company. Curtis held positions with Johnson & Johnson, Weigh-Tronix and Ernst & Young prior to joining Cooley.
