Maria C. Mento of Smithfield has been named senior vice president/ group audit director at Citizens Bank of Rhode Island. She was previously a senior service delivery manager at Bank of America, in the technology group. Mento will manage information technology and systems development audit activities. She has a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and an MBA from Bryant University.
