Maria M. Batista has been promoted to assistant vice president of real estate lending at the Pawtucket Credit Union. Batista’s responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of real estate lending, including underwriting, processing, servicing and closing loans, as well as secondary-marketing transactions. She has more than 23 years experience with the credit union and has a B.A. from Rhode Island College. •
