Mariano “JR” Pimentel has been named vice president of training and development at Bristol County Savings Bank. He will oversee the bank’s retail recruiting and hiring and bank-wide employee training, development and retention activities. Pimentel previously worked at Sovereign Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Stonehill College. •
