Marissa Rhyner has been appointed administrator of Scallop Shell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She will be responsible for overseeing facility operations as well as an extensive renovation project slated to begin soon. Rhyner holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Rhode Island and is currently pursuing a master’s in health care management at Salve Regina University. •
