Mark A. Chiarelli has been promoted to senior vice president/group transaction manager in corporate real estate management at Citizens Bank in Providence. He most recently was a vice president in the same department. Chiarelli is now responsible for managing the corporate real estate transaction team, including responsibilities for acquisition, disposition, leasing and portfolio management for all corporate real estate finance.
