Mary E. Noons has been promoted to senior vice president, lending support services at Washington Trust Bancorp Inc.’s The Washington Trust Co. Noons will now be responsible for overseeing the origination and processing of consumer loans, secondary-marketing purchase and sales and other loan operations. She serves on the Rhode Island Bankers Association’s mortgage committee. •
