Mary Leach has been named senior vice president of the newly created lending services group at Bank Rhode Island. In this role, Leach will oversee the lending-servicing functions for the bank’s retail and small-business customers. Most recently, Leach served as executive vice president of home-lending solutions at Citizens Bank. Prior to that role, Leach helped engineer and launch Citizens’ small-business lending unit. •
