The Providence Business News/Johnson & Wales executive poll is a weekly survey of 70 top business leaders throughout the state, representing small and large companies in a variety of industries and businesses.
The state Economic Development Corporation says it is shifting gears in its mass-exodus campaign, from simply trying to entice Massachusetts companies to relocate to Rhode Island, to persuading some of the 30,000 Rhode Islanders who commute out of the state each day to consider employment in their home state of Rhode Island.
