Matt Oley has joined Swipely as vice president of sales. Oley has more than eight years of experience in merchant sales. Previously, Oley had served as head of sales at Seamless, an online food-ordering network. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in finance, and earned his MBA from New York University – Leonard N. Stern School of Business. •
