Matt Preble has been promoted to chef de cuisine at the prime steakhouse in 22 Bowen’s Wine Bar & Grille. Prior to his new position, Preble was sous chef de cuisine at 22 Bowen’s, the Smokehouse Café and at Bailey’s Beach, where he was promoted to executive sous chef and then acting executive chef. Preble has a B.S. in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University. &#8226
