Matthew A. Lopes Jr. has joined Holland & Knight LLP’s Providence office as a partner in its public policy and regulation practice. He previously worked at Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island. Lopes is a member of the American Bar Association and the Rhode Island Bar Association. He received a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and his juris doctorate from Pennsylvania Law School.
