Dyan Reinhold has more than 20 years of experience providing audit and consulting services exclusively to the not-for-profit industry, including the education, healthcare, human services, and cultural sectors. Her expertise also includes managing financial statement and OMB Circular A-133 audits; assisting in bond offerings; offering recommendations on internal controls, operations and accounting issues; and assisting in board support and development. Dyan received her Bachelor of Science from Merrimack College.
Joyce Masse Troy has more than 15 years of accounting and auditing experience providing services to not-for-profit organizations as well as privately-held companies in the manufacturing and distribution industries. She has extensive experience with complex accounting issues including business combinations, accounting for foreign currency transactions, revenue recognition matters and endowment accounting matters. She provides a range of services including managing audits and reviews of financial statements, internal control reviews and recommendations, as well as assisting clients and board committees in interpreting financial results. Joyce received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Bryant University.
