Mechele Scott, a senior finance director in Citizens Bank’s consumer finance division, has been named vice president at the bank. She is responsible for the review of financial results for the bank’s home-lending solutions department. Scott has an MBA in accounting from Bryant University. She is a member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. •
