Meghan Grady has been appointed chief operating officer of YWCA Northern Rhode Island. Previously, she has worked as deputy director of the Mayor’s Substance Abuse Prevention Council in Providence and as director of state health alliances for the American Heart Association. She holds a B.A. from Merrimack College and a masters of public administration from Roger Williams University. •
