Melodi Caruso has been named club manager for the Valley Country Club. She will supervise, direct and control all clubhouse, membership and event operations for the private golf club in Warwick. Previously, she served as director of sales, catering and membership for a private country club in Cranston where she was in charge of sales operations, event management and communications with more than 425 members. •
