The Warwick-based accounting firm of Jarcho, Schwartz, Yarlas & Santilli, Ltd. has merged with the Providence firm of Kaplan, Moran & Associates, Ltd. The new firm will be known as Yarlas, Kaplan, Santilli & Moran, Ltd.
The new firm represents a partnership of specialists who provide audit, accounting, financial and business consulting, tax services and litigation support – and have done so since 1952.
