Michael Carragher has been promoted to senior vice president of transportation at Vanasse Hangen Brustlin of Providence. Carragher now leads VHB’s corporate-wide transportation practice while continuing to serve his key clients. A University of Delaware graduate, he is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Women’s Transportation Seminar, and the American Railway Engineering & Maintenance-of-Way Association. He lives in Holliston, Mass. with his family.
