Michael Cummings has been named vice president, commercial lending officer and U.S. Small Business Administration specialist for The Washington Trust Co. in Warwick. In his new role, he is responsible for developing new commercial relationships and serves as the bank’s liaison for SBA loans. Cummings has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. He lives in Narragansett.
