Michael J. O’Leary has joined the Providence office of Roosevelt & Cross Inc. as vice president. Roosevelt & Cross is a municipal bond firm based on Wall Street with branch offices in Buffalo, Hartford, Jersey City and Providence. O’Leary will be responsible for sales of tax-exempt bonds in New England, specializing in the Massachusetts market.
